• Puddles on the floors.
• Equipment blocking walkways.
• A dust broom poking out.

If you're a fan of slip, trip and fall hazards, this workplace is nirvana; if you're a safety manager, it's a nightmare. The Moral: The OSHA housekeeping rules (contained in the Walking-Working Surfaces Genera Requirements (Sec. 1910.22(a)) require you to keep passage and walkways clean, dry, orderly and sanitary. The workplace in this photo is none of the above.
