Below are the latest developments regarding OSHA’s ETS on COVID-19 vaccinations and testing. On January 13, 2022, The U.S. Supreme Court issued a stay of Federal OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard(ETS) on COV ID-19 vaccination, testing and masking.
