OSHA opened an inspection on Jan. 29, 2008 after a worker was electrocuted. A re-inspection of the plant nearly nine months later revealed that four serious and two other-than-serious violations had not been corrected by the company. Serious failure-to-abate violations cited include failure to have a written program for the control of hazardous energy, not installing the required wiring in accordance with OSHA regulations and failing to adequately mark branch circuits to indicate their purpose.
