A mother was out in the yard of her family farm with her four-month-old baby. A movement caught her eye and she turned to see the cows traveling through a broken fence in the adjacent field. In a panic, she set the baby down in the driveway and ran to head off the cows. The father, noticing the cows from another location of the farm ran to the house to get the car. He jumped in and sped down the driveway, driving over their baby. The infant was rushed to a nearby medical facility but was pronounced dead on arrival.
