Si un informe no está completo o no contiene todos los detalles correctos, prácticamente arruina nuestras posibilidades de averiguar lo que realmente sucedió. Verás, sin esos datos precisos (quién, qué, dónde, cuándo y, sobre todo, cómo y por qué), probablemente pasaremos por alto las verdaderas razones por las que se produjo el incidente.
