What to know before operating an automotive vehicle hydraulic lift.
- Use of the hydraulic lifts and positioning of cars on the lifts should only be performed by properly trained personnel.
- Unauthorized persons (i.e. Customers) should not be in the work area.
- Be sure that the “dead stick” controls return to the neutral/off position when released.
- Ensure that the hydraulic pressure DOES NOT exceed the recommended level.
