• Is the space heater listed with a nationally recognized testing laboratory?
• Do heaters have a guard around the heating element?
• Are there heaters cord(s) unobstructed, in good condition and uncovered from rugs or carpets?
• Are employees/workers aware of the proper uses of space heaters?
• Are space heater(s) in safe working condition?
• Have any/all missing guards or controls been replaced?
• Is the heater placed in a safe area away from cluttered areas where people might trip over or bump into it?
