Workers tending a paper manufacturing machine had to enter an narrow overhead platform above a moving press roller. One day a worker was on this 14-inch (.35-meter) wide platform structure. He was using a compressed air hose extending up from the floor level and directing the 32-inch (.8-meter) wand to blow moisture out of a tray beneath the upper felt of the press.
