When holding a job that is primarily done on the outside, there are many weather conditions that can pose a problem. When it rains, it is going to create damp, wet, and muddy situations. That can make certain tasks dangerous or even impossible to complete. There are usually deadlines to meet and you don't always have time for the rain to slow you down.
