The worker is standing on a suspended load (a tire being lifted by a hoist), which is extremely dangerous. This behavior violates standard hoisting safety protocols. If the load shifts, swings, or fails, it could result in serious injury or death. Additionally, this action puts the worker at risk of a fall from height with no visible fall protection in place.
