- Fatiga Muscular: cuando los trabajadores mantienen la misma postura durante demasiado tiempo, las fibras musculares pierden oxígeno y aumenta la fatiga, lo que eleva el riesgo de lesiones por esfuerzo. Los microdescansos interrumpen esta acumulación.
