Improper Chemical Storage Leads to Warehouse Tragedy
At a busy warehouse in Burlington, Ontario, a long-serving employee was known for handling a variety of chemical materials without complaint. Despite regular shipments of hazardous substances, reports indicate that the storage protocols in the facility were inconsistent, and staff were not fully trained in chemical segregation procedures.
