According to the National Highway Safety Administration (NHTSA), aggressive driving is when "an individual commits a combination of moving traffic offenses to endanger other persons or property.”
TYPES OF AGGRESSIVE DRIVING
Often aggressive driving behaviors result in property and bodily injury damages. Aggressive driving behaviors include but are not limited to:- Operating the vehicle in a reckless or careless manner
- Illegal passing
- Brake checking
- Excessive horn use
