Christine Pieper was excited about her new job on an oil rig. But just one week into her training, she fell from the back of a vacuum truck in central Alberta, Canada, and died later in hospital. Alberta Employment is investigating Pieper's death. A well site operator and the company that owned the vacuum truck also have been ordered to investigate the incident and provide reports to Alberta Employment.
