ELECTRICAL LINES
- Use caution around power lines as contact between irrigation pipes and power lines will cause electrocution.
- Do not stand irrigation pipes upright to empty excess water or to chase animals out of pipes.
- Whenever possible, use water pressure to flush debris from lines.
SAFE TRANSPORTATION
- Travel at safe speeds and only as conditions permit.
- No riders on tractor, trailer, or trailer hitch.
- When transporting loads of pipe, make sure pipe is properly secured to avoid injuries from the load shifting.
PROPER HANDLING
- Use proper lifting techniques when handling irrigation pipes.
