Support Recovery and Return-to-Work Success
The Return and Recover Program flyer provides an overview of BHHC’s Return & Recover Program, which connects injured workers with temporary light-duty assignments through nonprofit organizations while they recover from a work-related injury.
The program offers advantages for both employees and employers. Injured workers have the opportunity to maintain a daily routine, contribute meaningful work, and remain engaged during recovery. Employers may benefit from reduced temporary disability duration, lower claim costs, faster recovery outcomes, and a decreased likelihood of attorney involvement. In many cases, employees can begin an assignment within 24 hours of acceptance.
