The company was cited for repeat violations alleging that machinery lacked proper safety guards and that management had failed to perform and certify periodic inspections of its energy control procedures. The serious violations allege that employees were exposed to electrical hazards while using defective equipment cords. One other-than-serious citation alleges failure to correctly maintain OSHA Logs. Proposed penalties total $52,000.
