Picture This! A Shocking Rat’s Nest of Wiring

Anyone can be an electrician, or so some people wrongfully think. This mind-boggling installation was found in the basement of a dental office during a safety inspection. Here we have a missing breaker box cover, exposed conductors, a circuit breaker dangling by a wire and use of the wrong type of breakers.
