Construction Worker Lands On Stored Beams

Falls are a leading cause of workplace injuries and fatalities. Falls from any height, even on the same level, can kill. Most falls from heights result in serious head and spinal injuries, often fatal. Fall prevention starts with worker training and includes equipment to guard against falls and to arrest falls if they do occur. If your job involves working above ground, make sure you receive training to do so safely and use the required safety equipment.
